Dr. Shyamal Kumar Bhadra is a former CSIR Scientist Emeritus at the Raman Centre for Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Sciences, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS), Kolkata. He previously served as Chief Scientist and Head of the Fiber Optics and Photonics Division at the CSIR–Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute.
